Re: Answering your questions on TeleBlend I signed up with TeleBlend on 23rd or so and my phone was working till 26th and went dead, I put in numerous call to CSR (each with 40 min waiting) and no.of trouble tickets. Still no voice light with all gizmo tricks. When I check the SIP page it says the number is not registered. When it was working till 22nd how come the number become unregistered unless some goof up done on teleblend side. Teleblend was swift to charge my cc, but not to solve the issue even after 5 days. Are they really interested to be in service or another scam? Any help is appreciated |

Re: Answering your questions on TeleBlend Re Password to Gizmo. I switched the first day SR glitched. I didn't care about porting my number - I had stored my 50 year-old number on the office system and forwarded it - on a hunch) Mine is an InnoMedia MTA6328-2Re (v3.0.77). I am a little confused because I hacked mine, removed the provisioning. I did so by disconnecting from the WAN and connecting the LAN. Access on browser using »192.168.251.1/. The id=user and the password=welcome. Then I input »192.168.251.1/restor2.ssl, power cycled and logged back in »192.168.251.1/voice_adminPage.htm - id=admin, pw=slapshot. The choose "disable provisioning. All good so far. But I switched to VOIPGO and the darned thing does not work. I go back in and there is no reference to provisioning. I have no idea if it will work now when/if I switch to TB. VOIPGO's support has been worthless and slow. So proceed at your own risk. I may have outsmarted myself... I really don't know what I'm doing |

It's not like sunrocket had the passwords posted on their site, and everyone was free to access their equipment however they wanted... ROFL |

Hacking InnoMedia I have attached a pdf file that I got off SR's forum in the early days of the crash. This explains the hacking better then I just did. |

Re: Answering your questions on TeleBlend said by TeleBlendBL:Guys, I'm going to start a new thread for the interview since this one has gotten a little cluttered. What my plan is now is to start this thing between 3 - 3:15, first he will provide some short answers to what I think are the most common questions that have come up to date, give a little background on the company, and then he will hang around for a while and answer questions. Give us some time at the beginning to publish the answers to existing questions and I'll make a plea to keep the questions on point. I know people have been through a lot the past week, I know people are emotional, but these guys are making an effort to get those customers who are transitioning to TeleBlend squared away. See you soon on the thread. So no bankruptcy. Just the new guy takes over. Pays some bills. Customers do no really matter. They lose all as not secured. Now the new guy expects to have them worship them as savior. You lost all. You ain't a secured creditor. Pay us and we do what we want. Gotta love the law in the ole US of A. All business all the time. Customers are the revenue source and count for nothing. Ok, sorry in most companies employees are less than customer. All that really matters are the owners. |

Re: Hacking InnoMedia Here are some more hacking instructions via ViaTalk:
OK! I just got my confirmation email from Viatalk this afternoon with the provisioning information. Tried it and it works!!!
Here is a step by step guide on how to do this. I assume that you can login to your innomedia MTA6328re account.
1) Disconnect your WAN port from the gizmo 2) Open your browser (I used IE - cannot verify if it will work with any other browser). Go to »192.168.251.1/Voice_adminPage.htm - the IP Address will verify if you changed the default settings in the gizmo. If so, use that address, but DO NOT FORGET the /Voice_adminPage.htm at the end. 3) Login using your admin password. If you do not know the password, try one available at »gizmopasswords.blogspot.com 4) Turn off provisioning if you have not done this already. To do this, go to NETWORK -> provisioning setting. Uncheck the "Enable provisioning" box and hit the "Save and Reboot" button. After rebooting, you may not be able to login to the admin account since the reboot will default to index.htm. Hit CANCEL, and go to »192.168.251.1/Voice_adminPage.htm to login. |
