Well Verizon and AT&T both have around $200B each in fixed assets, and Quest has another $50B. So that's $450B in fixed assets mostly made up of their networks. That's only just under 3 times the market cap of google, so if you can bid their stock up to $1,500 a share I'm sure the telco's would pounce on those %50 growth rates!

Maybe KKR could organize an LBO? Oh.. too late.
