| How many iPhones were returned, or will be before 30 days? Buyers remorse I'm sure claimed a large portion of those numbers.
For most people, dropping $500 on a new phone is not a reality. Many people that did buy them, did so on a credit card (very stupid) or used already accounted for funds (ie, mortgage/rent, bills, ect). And sometimes, after all the fun and attention to "you" wears off, you're just left with an expensive phone.
I wouldn't doubt that many of the people that bought them never intended to activate it. Or, if they did see that "cute" gadget, was scared off at the time of activation after they seen how much one line of service would really cost. -- :: my trivial ramblings :: |
 | It's explained. Activations from only the first 48 hours were counted. Those who bought theirs from a reseller, had trouble activating, or didn't activate immediately weren't counted. |
