Monopoly Rankings....

None of those companies are considered non monopolistic company... Take a look at cox, where someone gets cox cable cannot get comcast or time warner so this being said how's one cable companies better internet service due for others? Nothing...

Aside from having those few who can have DSL/Cable/FiOS everyone else is screwed... hehe...
