| 3web down in North Vancouver Hi folks,
anybody else that has the same problem. My (normaly) good running 3web account (cable) is down since 7:30 am this morning. I do not get an IP address. I tried all the basic trouble shooting (renew, release, turn off,etc.)
Anybody else with that issue?

| Mine too in the West End Vancouver, and my brother too in Coal Harbor.
I think it's 3web. My friends on Shaw are fine.
I'm still in queue to speak to someone- you'll never guess how long I have waited. 4 hours, 17 minutes. I'm number 3 in line so probably a couple of more hours. |

| Got through after 4h30m - their is an outage. They are working on it. No ETA.

| I once waited about two hours and that was at 9:00 a.m. when they weren't having any problems. That's one of the reasons that I left. |

| It is sad. No music, just some British woman saying "your call is important to us, please wait on the line". Obviously not important enough to hire more people to answer the phone.  |
