Light is flashing on my VoIP BOX

If your light is flashing you need to do a hard reset on the VoIP box

Click on the button on the back of the BOX and the BOX will reboot itself and wait 5 to 7 minutes before trying to make a call

I ASS U ME D this meant the BLINKING red light and have not had service for two days.

Any help would be appreciated
