Don't call, go to the Verizon Direct forum. While it starts out like phone support does, with the usual BS checking of things, subsequent discussions are much better in that you dont have to go through it every time you contact them.

Short of fighting with verizon for 5 hours or so im stuck with these results its been this way about 2 weeks now, and its finally got to me, sometimes it will speed up or even slow down more but this is a constant right now..

Some specs>

Transceiver Revision: 1.0.9.0
Vendor ID Code: 4
Line Mode: G.DMT Mode
Data Path: Interleaved
Transceiver Information Down Stream Up Stream Path
DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 1792 32
Margin (dB) 12.5 6.0
Line Attenuation (dB) 63.5 31.5
Transmit Power (dBm) 16.7 11.4

>> yeah... 32 Kbits/sec up...

They swear nothing is wrong with the line, Its a dedicated DSL only line also.

Also i did a line quality test. »/linequality/nil/2256344

Other than until 2 weeks ago my service has been fine, quite fast enough for what i do, but now i cant do squat because of my upload.

So should I give in and swap out to another provider or try and press that my line is crap?
