Is the Monthly Usage tool working for May?

The Monthly Usage tool shows "No information exists" for the months of May and earlier. Can anyone at TSI correct this?

Maybe you haven't disconnected/rebooted your modem at all in May? It doesn't update unless you do.

Just a question for Teksavvy: I'm curious about why the bandwidth meter doesn't update automatically... I'm with Velcom and theirs update every couple of hours.

Just wondering, not in any way bashing Teksavvy

In May, the tool displayed a value for May. Now in July, there is no May value. Also, I tried a few user id's of friends and got the same "No information exists".

Doesn't it only go back a month since the 100 gig max on premium is averaged over 2 months?

I would have thought that if that were the case, then there would not be a drop-down menu for older months. Nevertheless, it appears to be so.

I agree they should fix it so that the drop down only shows the months that they have data for.

We'd made some modifications over the last few months.... Not sure when they took affect at this point but I can only assume the May and older months are from the pre-dated stuff. I'll however ask to confirm this and will repost.
