You would have to call the MSN subteam at Verizon using the 800-567-6789 number and request to transferred to the MSN subteam. They would then have to perform a repoint on your Verizon account and then unlock and/or reinstate your MSN acct. Once the primary account has been re-enabled, the others will follow suit. Unfortunately, there is no way around having to call in. |
