Re: Sorry, so sorry. That is only to share the actual last mile. If they change to VoIP then VZ has no control the Fiber ruling only affects the last mile not using the actual Internet or wholesaling DIDs. |

VoIP is not really leeches they are thieves and will have to pay Verizon for stealing their pattens. |
|
 | Not all VoIP companies used the patents. 8x8 didn't they actually own theirs. And VZ only has the balls to go after the little companies.
And you can't steal anything that is open source. |

VoIP is a thief not a leech.

You are a funny guy. We all know idiotic the patent system has become. Evidently your knowledge of the case is limited to the headlines in the news. |

As well, "a jury of your pears (sic)" is perhaps the LAST group of people you should rely on. Most people who sit on juries don't have the proper training or even enough education to understand technical things like VoIP, SIP, LDAP, etc... Just imagine the damage that can be done at murder trials when DNA, fingerprints, etc. come up.

Simply echoing the Verizon party line with apparently zero knowledge and zero understanding of the issue, as you have done in this thread, requires no rational or independent thought.
It is amazing the affect the Bellhead ideology can have on independent and rational thought... -- Prove it... Save the Internet Time (NTP) service, use the pool. |

It is amazing the affect the Bellhead ideology can have on independent and rational thought... No I'm just stating what the courts have said, that is a fact. Vonage violated three pattens not just an idea. You do know the difference between saying man can fly and actually designing an airplane. |
