| I'm guessing a large number of them are working for Sherwood/TB now to keep the SR network alive.
Think about it, how could TB buy the infrastructure (hardware, software) and not keep the employees |

| easily, all they need is a few for technical help....
i worked for a voip company for awhile (had about 20,000 lines) and we only had 6 employees.....
honestly guys were just paying for a few servers, the did's, licenses (if using a broadsoft or cylantro soft switch) and such.... if you saw what a shoestring their system worked on you would be amazed |

I FIND THIS EXTREMELY STRANGE that these vocal people would suddenly stop voicing their opinions, specially that vampress lady.
EDIT: Perhpas they are working for Teleblend and were told to keep silent as the transition continues. |

| TB officially announced they acquired SunRocket assets, that would include also SR employees. »https://www.myteleblend.net/documents/Te···2707.pdf
Good for them; let's hope they'll have more luck with TB. |

| reply to Acela It is equally likely that they were reminded of any contractual relationship (including Non Disclosure Agreements) that they have in place and the rights of survivorship of any such agreement. The most likely reality is that they are not posting out of concern for potential legal action against them, and after just losing their jobs who can blame them? |

| But... but... if there's still a company in existence that has inherited the contractual agreements of said employees, then why haven't they also inherited the debts and obligations?
I keep wondering if we're all watching a smoke and mirrors trick. "Watch with amazement as we create a totally new VoIP company out of nothing at all! Pay no attention to all your advance payments that just disappeared in that cloud of smoke, we're doing something amazing here and you should keep your eye on that!"
I have this nagging character flaw - I keep trying to apply logic to this situation. Logically, if a company no longer exists, any non-disclosure or similar employee agreements would be null and void. But if the company still exists in any fashion, then they owe refunds to all the customers that didn't receive the service they paid for. Yet this seems like that newfangled quantum physics, where something can be in two opposite states at the same time. Maybe there is a new legal system called quantum law, where all this makes sense.
Hey, I have a theory - maybe the SunRocket bird is like Schrödinger's cat! |

| OH, you had to bring up Schrödinger's cat!
So, Sunrocket is both alive and dead at the same time.... and we won't know which till we open the box? No...
Or, may, Sunrocket and TeleBlend are both faultless and culpable at the same time, and we won't know which until the courts decide? |

Even if it does come to that. |

| reply to tj008 I prefer to think of Teleblend/Sunrocket as both a floor wax and a dessert topping.
Wife: New Shimmer is a floor wax!
Husband: No, new Shimmer is a dessert topping!
Wife: It's a floor wax!
Husband: It's a dessert topping!
Wife: It's a floor wax, I'm telling you!
Husband: It's a dessert topping, you cow!
Spokesman: Hey, hey, hey, calm down, you two. New Shimmer is both a floor wax and a dessert topping! Here, I'll spray some on your mop.. ..and some on your butterscotch pudding.
But seriously folks, it's just not right.

| I just wanted to let everyone know the latest on Ex Bell Employee's situation. Here is a quote from a local newspaper.
"Only a month after Bell Industries laid off 246 workers, word came that its facility on East Primrose Street will be buzzing with workers once again.
An Englewood, Colo.-based company on Monday confirmed plans to hire 350 skilled technical support workers for its newest service center in Springfield.
An official launch for the newest location of TeleTech Holdings Inc. is scheduled for Aug. 28."
