<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> :  I have the Verizon  DSL 768/128. It didnt start on time and didnt get the first month free.  I've had it for about 18 months. About 1 outage a month.  Speed test show me 712/98, dont live that far from the service area either.  If it works its a plus. The lease ip just expired and the tech couldnt even fix it.  Than i was told there was and outage in the area. All in all you get what you pay for.]]></description>
