I not at all happy that I was not informed of the lower rates, but somehow the knowledge that the same thing happened to others makes it sting a little less. Otherwise I am looking forward to a faster connection, while paying roughly half what I have been paying for dsl. |

Van Nuys, CA | I think I am paying four or five bucks more a month for the same plan that I did on my first year.
If you pay for the whole year upfront you do get a better deal also.
