Re: DSL Extreme's dishonesty when you signed up for the service you agreed to pay the monthly payment. its your responsibility to keep up with price decreases/lower monthly deals. ive never seen a business go out of their way to make less money. same thing happened to me, but i have no negative opinion about it.
in general, lower prices are to attract new customers (i.e. when a certain plan is a low price but only for the first x amount of months). by you already being a customer means they did their job and you justified the price for the service at the time. be happy that they lower their prices and allow current subscribers to downgrade, ive seen isps that make you sign up all over again to do that. |
