<title>[Equipment] cty unlocker fails to unlock vonage rtp300</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1472697"><b>khamual</b></A> : I've got a vonage rtp300 that I'm trying to unlock. I tried going to 192.168.15.1/update.html, but because the unit has not been provisioned (no vonage service) the "user/tivonpw" account doesn't exist yet.<br><br>cty unlocker recognizes the device, starts the xml server, and then just sits, and sits, and sits.<br><br>I've got a networking cable plugged into my PC, which goes into one of the four lan ports on the back of the rtp300.<br><br>The rtp300 reports the following concerning it's provisioning status: "Unprovisioned:File Not Found" <br><br>Any thoughts? ]]></description>
