. Same goes if they broke into a sub-station or power plant and stole the wrong reel of wire. Course they'd have to be near a sub-station to find lines like that as most of the distribution to homes and cities is copper.
though id be pissed if i was in a raid in WoW and some copper thieves got fried in the substation and took me offline. yes i care more about my progression in a video game then the life of a crook.
