Ping times

Your ping times are interesting. I thought RevA was supposed to lower the ping times.

I'm using a Rev0 card (KPC650) and just pulled

175ms
188ms
181ms
190ms

to www.broadbandreports.com

I've found the speed to be reliable at 80MPH. The connection was consistent for the hour and a half I tried it between Titusville and Daytona Beach last summer. Granted I was on 1x, but the connection was solid. I was using a SSH session and doing surfing of lighter weight web sites.

Interesting you mention that because I was at about -75dB signal strength, stationary, and not doing anything else when generating those ping times. However, when I run a "tracert", I notice that to get to the dslreports.com server I have 19 hops, and literally the 2nd hop on my Verizon network is in Philly...MIND you that I am in Chicago too. I don't have my card handy now, but I will post the tracert when I get to it. It's odd because I go from Philly to NY, back to Chicago to NY again...just don't get it.
