<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1266280"><b>meh123</b></A> : Well, I'm just not sure that this really is a service that should be funded (by the public tax money).<br><br>Were I live, our local county government provides free wifi at most of the local parks, government buildings, libraries, etc. yet, it is websensed/censored.  Which, by definition, is Government censorship.  <br><br>It is a slippery slope...  ]]></description>
