Seems to be called VzAppZone and it's not clear on what you really get for it.
Course a iPhone could do this though the browser |

Pretty narrow minded of Verizon to release an app that can only be used by a minority of THEIR customers at best. |

| reply to KenAF said by KenAF :I didn't see that, thanks. I guess Tivo isn't supporting the transcode feature of the XCode chip for some reason. It kind of sucks, since I have an S2 directivo (running as a media server) upstairs in the bedroom hooked up to my tiny non HD rounded non flat screen CRT TV from the early 60's... okay maybe not 60's but its no modern TV.
My solution is to setup season passes that duplicate each other for HD and SD channels, I can watch the SD version upstairs, the HD ones downstairs. Its not the most efficient, but it will work... |

@verizon.net | reply to mikefischer99 Is everyone still paying $24.99 for the cablecard "installation" ? A rep on the phone just told me it would be $74.99 |

| I was charged $24.95 this month. But when I got my bill, the 24.95 was there but also a 19.99 (extra outlet installation) was also there.
They also charged me for 3 DVRs, even though I went form 2 down to only 1.
I had to call to get both removed, and they tried to claim that the 19.99 was for installing the cable card and that I should've been charged 19.99 twice since I had 2 cards. But the 24.95 line item on the bill actually said "Cable Card Installation" and that's what I agreed to when I ordered to have them installed.
After some negotiation the removed the extra fee, and the extra DVR charge.
I fully expect my bill to be wrong again next month though... For some reason I can't imagine they will get it right.
