While most of the protections that could truely make a difference will just be swept under the rug. <br><br>The government will claim a win by pulling in billions. The big players will almost certainly be happy by gobbling down more spectrum, consolidating a continued stranglehold on the system.  And dozens of articles will be written by corporate stooges and clueless dupes to tell America about the new generation of choice they have in paying the same companies all over again. <br><br>blech]]></description>
