700MHz

So when the tv signal switches over to digital. Then they will be able to use it. Also someone mention that WISP could also use the 700Mhz spectrum. So the signal can travlel a longer ways with out losing any signal. I know some people can get WISP from 20 miles away and still get good connection. How far will it travel when WISP get ahold of the 700Mhz? 50 miles somewhere around there?
