Correct me if I am wrong, was this not pre-paid? They have to pay for those minutes, they don't buy them they have no service, plain and simple. I have a gut feeling more is going on here than what is being told because I wouldn't consider a pre-paid phone as having a "bill" since you pay for the minutes you need, not a set monthly limit from a normal provider. |
