The problem here is advertising rates that are $.005 per anything. Americans can't handle the math, we don't think do small. If it had been marketed as $5 per Meg chances are he would have had a firmer grasp on the true cost. Still, he did the time, pay the crime.

Too bad he didn't give them a copy of the bill to post (at least I didn't see one).
'Cause it he did go through hundreds of MBs of data, I have zero sympathy. If it's $1,500 in bullcrap surcharges, eh, maybe.
