Site-marking gone?

Kinda funny:
Thought it'd be nice to be able to mark a post for future reference, etc. Always wondered what the 'site-marked' tab was for. Thought 'Permalink' was just that. Realized after doing some FAQ research, that 'site-mark' doesn't appear for me, even though it's what I've wanted for so long. Has it been deactivated?

Or are you saying the button doesn't appear for you?

Ewww, text mode.
How can ya stand it?

Don't know where anything lives in text mode. Maybe someone else does.

It's the only way I can follow half the discussions/threads in here.
I notice there's several goodies missing from 'text mode':
to forum, IM clickie, print

They're little bribes to help ease the pain of weaning yourself off the icky text mode.

They're little blackmails to help ease the pain of fixing the useful and wonderful text mode.
Fixed it for me.
