In the administration options of the firewall, go into the Advanced Configuration settings and head under the Application's MD5 tab. Choose 'Select All' button on the bottom and then the 'Check All Paths' button. As the firewall prompts you with various programs with invalid paths, verify them and choose to delete if they are indeed no longer valid - you'll likely come across quite a few that are in the \temp\ folder that are remnants of installation apps, etc. that aren't required.
