Mister_E posted : Did you find a lot of invalid/old entries or only a few? If only a few, then the problem may resurface when you hit the limit. If quite a few, then you've probably cleared up a lot of space. Just remember to do the procedure regularly.

Mister_E posted : The reason for the error is likely because you've reached the total number of Application MD5s limit that Kerio 2.1.5 can handle - I can't remember what the exact limit is, perhaps someone else can chime in (otherwise I'm sure this has been covered before in this forum and a search will turn up the details).

In the administration options of the firewall, go into the Advanced Configuration settings and head under the Application's MD5 tab. Choose 'Select All' button on the bottom and then the 'Check All Paths' button. As the firewall prompts you with various programs with invalid paths, verify them and choose to delete if they are indeed no longer valid - you'll likely come across quite a few that are in the \temp\ folder that are remnants of installation apps, etc. that aren't required. You'll free up space for new apps to be registered and resolve the error.
