I tried to explain the tracert issue and the lady kept telling me she needed to check my signal strength and send a technician out. I finally told her this... imagine I leave my house, I turn off my street, to the main road and drive 4 miles to the interstate. If traffic is fine on my street and on the main road, but gets backed up on the interstate, would you send a guy to my house to determine why the interstate is backed up. |
