Mundelein, IL		Chicago Area Outage on July 20?

Anyone know anything about the area wide outage XO was experiencing on the evening of July 20 and morning of July 21? I haven't heard an explanation from them!

 I wish I knew as well. From what we could tell in our Houston and St. Louis offices there were big problems in Dallas. That seems to be their largest hub to the rest of the world. Since then there are frequent disconnects with all of their peering networks especially at&t. 3/4 of our 13 offices are on XO lines and the others are on at&t and these issues are absolutely getting really ridiculous now. On the 20th it was so bad we could not even call tech support cause their lines were down...
