Let's see, "768kbps $10 DSL isn't advertised because customers don't want it"? I guess what customers really want is to pay twice as much for the service since it is advertised and prominently displayed for $20 on the front page of the AT&T/Bellsouth website: »bellsouth.com/consumer/inetsrvcs/index.html.

Exactly. The $20 for 1.5 mbps he mentions is only available to legacy AT&T states. Ex-Bellsouth states still need to pay $32.95 for that speed tier. The $15 plan he mentions is for legacy states only and is the same speed at the $10 plan. His answer is classic corporate spin.
