| Cancellation charges
About the cancellation charges, it is only for who got the adapter from the Net2Phone. For the people who are using their own device, for example Innomedia adapter from SR, they waived the activation fee and also there is no cancellation/or deactivation fee. So basically for the people who has Innomedia adapter from SR has the best benefit. For most of us cancellation is not really a concern since we are going to have 12 months of free service anyway, so they should have simply declared no cancellation fee for every one. It should have given more positive PR for the company. |
