Cheers to them for doing what they do and not trying to funnel tv through a straw.
Qwest is smart letting ATT & VZ explore their UVerse & FIOS before moving ahead. It also doesn't hurt its a moral rural provider. If they are not having line losses and such, sticking with what they know best is smart. They are also still getting over Nacchio's crooked dealings at the company too.
