| No Calling Features, order is in process for 3 days
I have called customer service several times and dial tone repair. I do not have any features available except three way calling and I got them to turn voicemail on.
So no *72, *60, *77 etc.
When I call customer service they say they cannot do anything because the order is still in process. I asked them to take it out of that status and they say they cannot.
So I am stuck without features and I asked them am I being billed for these days that my order is still in process. Because according to customer service I don't have service yet!
I have been hung up on a few times and transferred to the wrong person more than a few times. Hold times are around 20 minutes so it is really time consuming to deal with these people.
