Personally, i'd stay away from these ultra low priced providers. They might very well be just another SR waiting to happen.
Did hell just freeze over? Rick just mentioned AT&T without bashing them!

I've mentioned them numerous times in a positive light in this regard. I'm surprised that someone who stalks my posts and comments as much as you do didn't know that.
