| Maintenance Supervisor fixed ALL of my problems!
If you are having problems with your internet connection, you need to contact the maintenance supervisor! After 5 months of calling their support line, and then after they messed up my account. I contacted the local office, asked for the maintenance supervisor. Now everytime my internet goes out, I call that supervisor up, and he sends people out ASAP!
So, if you are having problems, call your local office and try to get in contact with the head managers that can send out trucks in 30 mins!
Peace!!

| reply to inferno3387 You are more than likely on the Intermittient List, and the Zone Coordinator or Maintenance Supervisor is routing what would be an On Call Tech Out to the Address to take a look.
Also in Jax, we have a Advanced Resolution Team, for Accounts that have had more than 1 Trouble Call in the last 30 days, or an Unresolved Maintenance Ticket.
I can take a look if you want, PM me your account number or address. -FG |

I don't really care if you believe me, just trying to help you out... |

He sends out people when he has an opening, there are "emergency" workers that go out when they are needed... |

Peace!! » www.gamehacked.com/ I am having an issue that has been going on for over 3 months. I have spoken with my local maintenance supervisor and instead of sending a line truck as promised, she just closed the ticket and swept it under the rug. -- "Where's my coffee? Oh. I guess it's my turn to make it." |

| Well, I've had about 15 techs come out to my place to fix the same problem, and after finding the email address for the comcast HQ, all of my problems (almost, still working on them) are going to be fixed (once we call them; very responsive, though) within a few weeks. This appt. was for a pole problem (network) that we've had for at least 6 years. |

Are you sure you're not thinking about Pizza Hut or Dominos? Thats why I hate this site sometimes, people like you will NOT listen to anything I say. Yes, it was free, so if you don't believe me I don't care. But people like you make this site annoying to visit. Are you a democrat? |

| reply to inferno3387 Concur. The techs that come out don't know jack. The only way to get something done is to go higher up. The two times I have done that, the guys they sent actually fixed it. I don't see why they are wasting their money on these other guys.
As far as the Unresolved Maintenance Ticket, first you have to GET a Maintenance Ticket. None of the techs who said they were going to "turn it over to Maintenance" ever would give me the ticket number or call it in as I waited. They never intended to turn in anything.
Maintenance never talks to the customer to see what the problem is, unless you have them sent by higher-ups who tell them "stay until it is fixed." -- Said by indignant xenophobic poster: "That should be one of the prerequisite's for citizenship, [to be] able to take and pass the test fully in English." |

Once you have someone from your local office on your speed dial that is a higher up for the local office, your in luck.
Here is some info. When you call the local office, ask for the sales manager for the entire area, if you cant get him, get in touch with the maintenance manager. They will fix your problems. After about 3 or 4 months with a crappy connection, the maintenance manager fixed in in a few days. It was amazing... |
