There are no real enhancements other than search. The guide data is horrible with show descriptions generic rather than of the specific episode.

I'm keeping my FIOS Tv for it's picture quality, but I'm giving my money to Tivo to enhance my FIOS TV experience.

Verizon would be better served saving money and helping Tivo develop a Tivo that can support their features so they can reap the benefits of subscription fees rather than spending millions on developers who are trying to learn how to do this stuff for the first time.

Even Direct Tv seems to want to get away from designing their interfaces for DVR's.
