<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1458955"><b>S_engineer</b></A> : seems to me Newsom likes to throw things at the wall to see what sticks....whether its legally binding or not.  He's wise not to trust the Earthlink move though.... but didn't they already go through this when they requested bids for the muni-plans?<br><SMALL>--<br>Burn  a tire, but make sure you buy that carbon offset!</SMALL>]]></description>
