<description><![CDATA[anon posted : I ordered this service for my daughter and son-in-law a year ago. It has never worked properly and, as others have indicated, the company does not return phone calls. The download speeds were okay, but it was impossible to upload anything, with speeds from 0 to a high of 18 kpbs.<br><br>The technicians are polite, but unable to solve problems. The vice president (a chick) is rude, interrupts, and told me she was "not interested in past history. . ."<br><br>REMC says that they have had nothing but problems with Omnicity, both service and customer service.<br><br>I am cancelling the service and will go with satellite. It may be more expensive, but you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.]]></description>
