sunburnt join:2007-08-01 San Jose, CA	I totally agree that comcast operates in without responsibility Two times in the recent past they made changes to outside cable box that affected me without informing me or checking out if this caused anything unintentional. Once they left me without internet connection, other time they left me without cable for a month. Also they refused to credit me for the time this problem was there saying that I did not report to them earlier. The problem was that I was going out of station and could not have been available with is required for service call.
