You may be able to hire a decent attorney, but with the money Comcast has, they have 10 good attorney's for every 1 good attorney you can afford. If it makes you mad, deal with it, thats the price to pay when you try to sue a company with millions of dollars. 9 times out of 10, if you can be paid to shut up, they'll settle with you out of court.
