It's with the attorney who will sue the living SH*T out of them + damages incurred as a result of lost productivity that the home owner has experienced... Ah yes, get a good attorney on this and comcast could be taken for a great raping.

Yeah, I am interested to see what the attorney says that will bring Comcast to their knees. You may be able to hire a decent attorney, but with the money Comcast has, they have 10 good attorney's for every 1 good attorney you can afford. If it makes you mad, deal with it, thats the price to pay when you try to sue a company with millions of dollars. 9 times out of 10, if you can be paid to shut up, they'll settle with you out of court. Most people take the money, because they don't want to keep going to court, and the attorney's know this, and usually urge the people to take the money instead so they can make a quick buck too.
