TB commit to credit all to date service works for new users

... and all SunRocket freeloaders are cut off.

Time for real accomplishment and fair treatment of those who have chosen to pay.

Why waste your time on hold to tell Teleblend what they already know (their service is screwed), or to vent on employees that did not cause your problem, would fix things if they could and could better spend their time being abused by less informed irate customers.

Get together and make Teleblend pay for their mess and start treating paying customers at least as well as we freeloaders. Far more incentive for them to get things fixed if they don't get paid until they do. I would document this request by email ... receive receipt requested.

I will delete SunRocket from my server tonight an move on leaving my number behind. Many thanks to SunRocket, Teleblend and various "LLC's" for this "bargain service." Great net savings.

Calling people who paid for SuRocket and got screwed freeloaders is just a little harsh.

Re: TB commit to credit all to date service works for new users

Agreed.

& we can b!~tch, p!ss & moan all we want, but I think we all knew this wouldn't be an easy transition.

I'm just glad to still have a dial tone & not have lost my phone #.

Things are working just fine for me, but I also realize that there are others who are not doing so well.

Problem is that I don't know that ANYBODY'S HELPING THE MATTER BY CALLING TB ENDLESSLY IN SEARCH OF ANSWERS THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY TRYING TO WORK OUT!!!!!!

It's like the kids in the back of the car who ask.........

"ARE WE THERE YET???? ARE WE THERE YET????? ARE WE THERE YET????"

Perhaps. And we did not force anyone to continue service. TB made an informed decision to continue our service as a cheap way to entice new customers. It may have worked for me had they done it well, or returned any one of my requests for contact. My point is we are getting equal service to paying customers. Many of their problems may be the result of Teleblend attempting to cut us off. Please don't take offence at my words and consider my point.

Or you could have paid TeleBlend like I did and still get cutoff!

I get "Deactivated" when calling my number.
