I also signed up for the digital phone,cable,internet package and was also left without a working internet connection. Was told by technician if it was not working to call a number he left on back of his card. Turned out the # was to the company that TWC outsourced its field techs too. Called the #, spoke with receptionist who was kinda stupified as to how I got the #, guess he wasnt supposed to give it out. She put me through to the sup who sent out tech within 4 hrs and still unable to get me online. That tech left me again without internet. Called and spoke with sup again. Sup came out himself and fixed it in less than 5 min. turns out the modem has mac address that has to be activated for it to work. Got 1 month credit on my bill. In the end I was happy with the resolution. Still happy after 4 mo of all service. Only been down once when storm his my area. |
