many wanted to do a class action suit against sunrocket...
no pockets.
if you can prove that Sherwood Partners sold the list deliberately violating the privacy policy which it was collected under, one may have a case.
and they may have pockets... likely decent ones.
one may even be able to take this further as such a breach violates many aspects on ones life. |
