Anyone with Teleblend HAVE incoming calls?

Does anyone who has signed up for Teleblend have incoming calling working? I have Global Crossing for my number and when you call my number, it is just a fast busy. Has been like this for 2 days now.

It took 11 days for TB to decide and reinitialize incoming from Choice One. Global Crossings supplies more DIDs to SR than any other provider. I don't think that it will take as long.
I don't have any ins with GC, but I would recommend that somebody call them and ask.

Incoming started back for me sometime this morning. I've gotten three calls, one from a Verizon cell, one SunCom, and a Sprint cell.

FWIW my LEC is US LEC.

I am in Illinois, not far from Winthrop Harbor, and I do not have incoming call service. I wonder why TJ does and I do not. My original carrier was SBC... could that be why?

Also, ImSeeker, how do you find out if your # is with Global Crossing or not?

I am new to all this and am just trying to get some answers.

Someone posted a link to a site at Nextel that would show your CLEC if you pretended to start a transfer. Last I heard, it was down, but it might be up again.

And sorry, I don't remember the link. Maybe someone will post it here.

If you are not receiving local incoming and some of us are, I am curious what we have in common and what is different.

For comparison this is what I am seeing:

Voice Mail Works

Inbound Local Works

Outound Long Distance and Outbound Local Works

Inbound Long Distance Call logs - empty since noon 8/26/2007 except three Vonage calls to voice mail no message.

Eastern Washington, 509=627-xxxx, former Verizon Number
Paid money to TeleBlend
inquiry lnp shows:(509) 627-xxxx LEVEL 3 COMM WRLN

*** note - never use outbound international

My numbers were also with SBC/ATT (The level3 and Focal).
I turned off provisioning about 2 weeks ago, and changed my SIP server only once, when SR first went out, before TeleBlend was even around. I have not had a problem since.
I only have 1 number running on an Innomedia Gizmo. The rest are simple forwards.

It may be that my number comes from the Zion CLEC/Rate Center, and yours are through Vernon Hills.

EDIT:
Using the sprint tool:
1. (847) 731-xxxx LEVEL 3 COMM WRLN {Old SBC/ATT}
2. (847) 731-xxxx FOCAL COMM CORP WRLN {Old SBC/ATT}
3. (847) 327-xxxx GLOBAL CROSSING WRLN
4. (847) 327-xxxx GLOBAL CROSSING WRLN

I don't get it.... when I use the link for the SPrint site, it does not tell me who my carrier is. All it says is that it can be ported over to SPrint or Nextel. How can I determine who holds my numbers?

This shows the original carrier. I don't think it will show a ported number.

After you enter your number, and check, then select and go to the next screen, as if you were going to place an order. Then it will show.

Thanks....

It says Ameritech Illinois and the type is RBOC. Does that tell me anything? Does that mean it is not with Global Crossing?

I got full functionality of both #s back today. And no I haven't signed up for Teleblend. For a long time I only had outgoing and for a day last week no service at all. I never signed up because it was apparent (from comments here and conversation w- teleblend) that the service problem was being caused by a server being down and that it wouldn't make a difference whether I signed up with them officially or not.

Thanks, TJ. Looks like all my numbers are with Global Crossing.

I guess I will have to wait it out.
