CANADA | 3Web down in Ottawa
Hi,
This morning at 1:00 am I couldn't access the internet. According to my router I still get an ip address 72.XX.XX.XX
but am unable to connect to any websites.
Anyone else have this problem.

Canada | Mine went down 2 nights ago, and just came back up this morning. I have cancelled.

| 3web down in down Toronto ......I've had enough!
My 3 Web internet cable service(East York Toronto) was down from Wednesday 8th 5:00am through to 4 00pm Thursday 9th. This left me with no VOIP or internet. That's an issue when working from home.
these issues seem to reoccur every two to three months.
I have since called and emailed to cancel my account to switch ISO provider. When I called the billing department the voice says to many calls call back latter....great customer service!!!!!!!!!
I was a great customer, never missed a payment etc. I had every service they provided. Internet and VOIP with many options.
I have been through everything with these hillbilly it is time to vote with my money.
