Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. The company you work for
is no more stable then the former SunRocket was. I was one of the first customers of
SunRocket when they opened and received excellent service over several years
which helped my small business save money, look bigger, and grow.
I am extremely unhappy with how it all ended and I am looking for whatever action I
can take to help other stranded SunRocket customers and seek assurances from the
government that new regulations will be enacted to protect consumers when there
are other VOIP failures and there will be other VOIP company failures. I have a
strong feeling that Vonage will be one of those companies. So Brag while you can
that "We helped put (SunRocket) out of business,""
Frankly if you truly helped put peoples lives and livelihood at risk you should be
ashamed as a company and not Brag about it!
