After a couple of months and lots of phone calls I finally got Verizon to get my billing correct with all discounts and promotions. The last lady I talked to gave me a 2 month discount on my internet to make up for all the frustration. So, keep after them and they will get it right. |

| My FIOS service has been 100% reliable and very speeedy. And I've never had a billing issue. The college boy they sent to sell it door to door did hit on me (I said, "no thanks."), but billing has been no problem.

what to do what to do.
Gripe and lose your service or just overpay and be happy you got fios.
