Yep , Mine bad too

Hi,
I just got a new Bill.. No Discounts, erroneous extras, plus a new install added on. However to be fair Sprint Wireless is bending me over to from a upgrade from Nextel. I got a New Line and four new phones for free. It only cost me $271 I'm working on them too.

You should switch to optimum! They will save you more money and give you ten times more for your buck. If I were you I would not deal with Verizon outrageous bills.
