In this case, claim its for terrorism and in no time, use it on Americans. Obviously, your infinite wisdom didn't lead you to read the story about the FBI misusing their letters to demand information on innocent people. Therefore, Congratulations. Your rant just showed us that many Americans, including yourself, simply have not learned from the past. You speak wonders towards the downfall of this country with the sheer ignorance that you typed.
