<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1384614"><b>hughv</b></A> : I had the $75.00 PC install charge, and it was fixed with one phone call.<br>I read this article because I now have a mysterious $7.00 charge for long distance, when I signed up for free long distance.<br>To their credit, Verizon informed me of a cheaper plan when I called about some changed a few months ago.<br>Overall, I am very satisfied.]]></description>
