| Why Am I Not Surprised? Ahhh the advantages to having no real competition. The thing is as the article states Qwest is the only competition really and the kicker is Mediacom's big thing is they service the rural areas (especially in Iowa) that can't get DSL due to them being out so far in the cornfields. So as someone else stated it doesn't surprise me that Rocco made this announcement. Why spend money to upgrade to a newer BETTER FASTER technology when there's no need to due to lack of competition.
