Pressing 2 returned me to the same IVR. The second time I got to the sales que, then to a rep in about 3 minutes. I asked about their current offer to SunRocket customers. She said until the 5th I could transfer my number for $12.95 per month for the duration on my SR contract plus $4.95 for a sig number. She never asked my name or number. I explained the 5th was several days ago. She said ... "I know." I waited and she had nothing to add. I told her the TeleBlend website says "TeleBlend is still taking former SunRocket customers! Sign up online today and we can restore your service within 24 hours." She said "you can try, but it probably won't work." So I asked if they were taking new customers. She said "do you want me to check with someone?" I thanked her and said I'd use tin cans and string from hereon.
Some free advice to Teleblend clients ... drink heavily. Johnny Walker Black is my favorite "blend."
when the rep doesn't know about taking new customers, that's kinda scary. might this be another VoIP meltdown?
